Unless explicitly stated otherwise, any future offer(s) made available to you on the Site that augment(s) or otherwise enhance(s) the current features of the MyEPIC.store™ Offerings shall be subject to the Agreement. You understand and agree that MyEPIC.store™ shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuation of any MyEPIC.store™ Offerings, product, service or promotion offered by MyEPIC.store™ or any MyEPIC.store™ Third Party Providers. You understand and agree that refusal to use the MyEPIC.store™ Offerings is your sole right and remedy with respect to any dispute with MyEPIC.store™.
MyEPIC.store products are only available in the United States and the US Virgin Islands. Orders process within 24-48 hours of receipt. We do not ship to APO & FPO addresses. The average transit time is 5-7 business days unless expedited and may vary based on location. Shipments outside the 48 contiguous United States may experience longer transit times.
Expedited shipping & insurance may be offered and if selected, the associated costs will be charged to the customer at the time the order is placed. Requests for expedited shipping or insurance after the order completes will not be honored.
Shipping & handling fees are non-refundable. MyEPIC.store is not responsible for refunding fees if the carrier fails to fulfill their commitment.
Expedited shipping requests are processed upon receipt of the order during business hours. Based on the time of day and the carriers’ pickup times, the order may ship the same day or be processed with priority the next business day.
We do not expedite to PO Boxes.
Once the carrier confirms an order has been successfully delivered, it is considered fulfilled and complete. MyEPIC.store is not responsible for lost or stolen items and will not provide replacements.
If an order is returned to MyEPIC.store with insufficient postage, the customer is responsible for the additional fee. Similarly, if the customer requests the package be reshipped, the customer is responsible for the subsequent shipping & handling fees.
Returns and Refund Policy
Products can be returned within 15 days of the order date. Returned products must be unopened, unused, and in a resalable condition. Returns can be initiated through any of the following methods:
Product(s) must be returned to MyEPIC.store at the address below. Refunds will be issued, minus shipping & handling and a 25% Restocking Fee, once the product has been received by MyEPIC.store and has cleared the inspection process. Eligible refunds will be applied to the billing method used for the original purchase and will be authorized within 15 days of receipt of the returned product by MyEPIC.store.
Process for Return
For a product return to be processed efficiently, we request that you:
You are responsible for prepaying all shipping costs related to the returned items. MyEPIC.store does not accept collect packages.
You are encouraged to add a prepaid tracking or delivery confirmation service to all return packages. If returned product is not received by MyEPIC.store, it is your responsibility to trace the shipment.

Incorrect or Damaged Product Policy
If the product you received is incorrect or damaged, you must notify MyEPIC.store within 72 hours of receiving the shipment.
We require a photo of the incorrect or damaged order, and a copy of the invoice that was included in your package. Once all documentation has been received and the product has been confirmed by MyEPIC.store to be unopened, unused & resalable, replacement items will ship within 15 days. You may be required to return the damaged order and we may request the return of any item prior to replacing it.

MyEPIC.store will honor the exchange if the product is damaged or incorrect due to MyEPIC.store inaccuracy.
If an order is returned and MyEPIC.store determines the product is not damaged nor fulfilled in error, the customer is responsible for all return shipping charges and/or a 25% Restocking Fee.
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the country in which the merchant is located.
SUBSCRIPTION AGREEMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The MyEPIC.store™ Subscription Program (the “Program”) is an optional program under which a customer places a continuing product order to be charged against his/her Credit Card. By agreeing to these terms, a customer desiring to participate in the Program agrees to the following terms and conditions:
I understand and agree that the products selected on this Program agreement will be charged to my Credit Card and sent to me at the address provided each and every month as I have indicated. I understand that my Credit Card will be charged 4 days prior to my next Subscription date. I understand that I may cancel my Subscription at any time without incurring any penalties or fees. Any cancellation or changes I wish to make to my Subscription order must be made by calling the MyEPIC.store™ Solutions Center at 855-6-MYEPIC (855-669-3742) or emailing [email protected] at least 10 days prior to my next Subscription shipment date in order to be processed in time to stop or change my next Subscription order. By clicking the “I agree” button, I am acknowledging the terms explained in this Program agreement and authorize MyEPIC.store™ to establish an automatic Credit Card payment arrangement as specified in this Program agreement to pay for each monthly Subscription order. MyEPIC.store™ will make no other charges to my Credit Card account except for those that I have authorized. I understand that my participation in the Program will continue until canceled.
If any problems arise with my shipping address or the Credit Card provided on this Program agreement, I understand that my participation in the Program will be placed on hold and no additional products will be processed or shipped until the problem has been resolved.
I acknowledge that these terms and conditions are between me and MyEPIC.store™, and govern our rights and obligations. I acknowledge that MyEPIC.store™ may, in its sole discretion, change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice to me. MY CONTINUED PARTICIPATION IN THE PROGRAM AFTER THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS ARE CHANGED CONSTITUTES MY ACCEPTANCE OF THE CHANGES. IF I DO NOT AGREE TO THE CHANGES, I MUST CANCEL MY PARTICIPATION IN THE PROGRAM.
I acknowledge that MyEPIC.store™ may, in its sole discretion, terminate my participation in the Program at any time and may discontinue or modify the Program or the products available through the Program at any time. If MyEPIC.store™ terminates my participation in the Program, I will only be charged for orders that have shipped to me.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: IN NO EVENT WILL MYEPIC.STORE™ OR ANY OF ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR OTHER REPRESENTATIVES BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES OF ANY KIND ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO MY PARTICIPATION IN THE PROGRAM. MYEPIC.STORE’S TOTAL LIABILITY, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, WARRANTY, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE) OR OTHERWISE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT OF. ALL PAYMENTS ACTUALLY MADE BY ME DURING MY PARTICIPATION IN THE PROGRAM. THESE EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY WILL APPLY TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW AND WILL SURVIVE ANY CANCELLATION OR TERMINATION OF MY PARTICIPATION IN THE PROGRAM. IF ANY PROVISION HEREOF IS FOUND TO BE INVALID, IN WHOLE OR IN PART, IT WILL NOT AFFECT THE VALIDITY OR ENFORCEABILITY OF ANY OTHER PROVISION HEREOF. THIS AGREEMENT WILL BE GOVERNED AND CONSTRUED UNDER THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK WITHOUT REGARD TO CONFLICT OF LAWS PRINCIPLES.
